I love that the owner was both our GC and an architect. We had him completely renovate our condo in Sunny Isles Beach while we were out of state. We trusted him completely and his work was excellent. May not be the cheapest or the fastest, but if you are looking for quality, Freddy and his crew are professionals, pleasant, and experts at what they do.
